Our products are also made of chestnut wood because of the fact of the favoured geographical area in which our company is located, the province of Viterbo, Monti Cimini where there is a significant presence of Chestnut trees, the choice for years has been specifically for this type of wood because it is much more versatile than others. Chestnut is a very special wood that lasts and is particularly suited to our work, designed to last for years as structural supports.

Its characteristics include that of being a little knotty and very hard but flexible at the same time; another important resource is the presence of large amounts of tannin per cubic metre, a substance that over time prevents the formation of wood pests that may create problems, especially when used for housing.

Thanks to these characteristics of the wood and to a careful selection of the best pieces, we produce rafters and beams of high quality, safe, and guaranteed to last a long time. Both beams that moral are made in various measurements or on demand, custom made for the customer.

Both beams and rafters, may be produced with special processing of the ends, to provide aesthetic value. The ends can be made to have various shapes and sizes according to our specifications, or according to the customer’s own design.
