The production process begins with the procurement phases. The logs cut from the forests are transported to the warehouse to be sent for process selection and processing.<\/p>\n
In regards to the beams, the logs are arranged in masses according to the length and then selected for processing to the saw, to be subsequently planed into timber, processed with the decorative ends where required and possibly impregnated.

The processing of the rafters follows the same path as that of the beams with the only variant being that of the sawing which occurs with a double twin saw.

Timber for planks used for joinery is sawn and stored according to the various lengths (2:00 to 2:30 – 2:50 to 3:00) and thickness (mm 30 – 40 – 50- 55-65 – 70-80), it is then placed in the dryer, where it remains until it has reached the right level of drying, at this point it is selected and cubed.

The timber for attics and lofts after two passes through the double twin saw, is placed in the dryer, then later selected to be passed to the molding machine which gives us the finished product ready for sale.
